How to delete your Strolly account and all the data that belongs to it.
In the app
- Open Strolly and tap You at the bottom.
- Tap the gear at the top, Settings.
- In the Account section tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete for good. With Apple you confirm once more with Apple.
If you want a copy of your data first, tap Export my data before.
What is deleted, and when
From the privacy policy:
Delete account: everything is deleted immediately and for good, markers included. There is no waiting period and no recovery. Only a deletion note with the random ID and the time stays for up to 30 days, so that late jobs do not create anything new. Backups at Google are then overwritten automatically: for the database and files after up to 14 days, for the sign-in data in Firebase after up to 180 days.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to us. Send the email from the address you signed in to Strolly with through Apple or Google, with the subject "Konto löschen". We check that the account is yours and then delete it exactly as the app does.
kosimst@gmail.com. After that check we delete the account within 30 days.
Anonymous account, never signed in
An anonymous account has no email address, so we cannot find it by email. Reinstall Strolly and delete the account there as described above. We also delete anonymous accounts ourselves when you have not used them for 12 months.
